This diagram 1 is NOT correct. 1 on there is not the same as 1 here and here, which are correct and both the same thing.
I have attached a correct diagram and re-labelled 5.1 and 5.2.
And this diagram 4 is only partly correct in that you are selecting a HS oscillator as your input.
It is more correct to say that these two options labelled 4, are also selecting either 5.1 or 5.2 on my diagram.
Note the CPU clock frequencies on the right in table 2-3 are exactly as I indicated.
